Policy 

All repairs are first come, first served basis. Typical completion time is 2-10 business days from check-in . Special order parts, software and client communication delays can sometimes increase the repair completion time. Rush services are available to the start of the work only and does not include weekends.

SPECIAL ORDERS: All special order parts must be paid when ordered

CUSTOM PCs: A 75% down payment must be made, NO-REFUNDS if you change your mind

RUSH SERVICES:

+$25 (guaranteed work start within 48 hours)

+$50 (guaranteed work start within 24 hours)

**work is not guaranteed to be completed within the rush service time frames**

REPAIR COST: Will VARY (excluding rush fees) on any repair without prior approval. Estimate will be provided upon request

PAYMENT: CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT or Checks  All NSF Checks will be charged a $35 retrun fee and must be paid within 30 days. All payments must be made at time when work is complete if no payment is made system will be held till then.If paid my Check or Credit/Debit ID will be asked

REPAIR WARRANTY:

All repairs (excluding virus removals) are warrantied for 30 days. Parts purchased will have 30 days from ANDREWS COMPUTER REPAIR (some parts will come with a manufacturer warranty additionally). Re-infection cannot be anticipated by ANDREWS COMPUTER REPAIR and is never warrantied. If the seal is removed or tampered in ANY way the warranty will become voided.

DATA & PASSWORDS:

Data (Files, Folders, and Programs & Software) are the sole responsibility of client. We highly recommend that your system be backed up prior to repair work. Due to the uncertain condition of system at time of check-in and the nature of repairs ANDREWS COMPUTER REPAIR CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSS OR INTEGRITY. ANDREWS COMPUTER REPAIR will retain any backups made (if needed) for 30 days from check-in, after which data will be destroyed for confidentiality reasons. If data is backed up from ANDREWS COMPUTER REPAIR we cannot guarantee all data backed up.

WORK COMPLETION/RETRIEVAL & STORAGE:

ANDREWS COMPUTER REPAIR asks that clients pick up their system within 1 week of completion, unless prior agreements are made. Computer left for longer periods may be charged a storage fee of $15/day.

ABANDONED SYSTEMS:

30 days after completion of the work, if the system has not been picked up, ANDREW COMPUTER REPAIR reserves the right to dispose of the system without client consent. Data will not be saved for security reasons.

PORN: IF ANY CHILD PORN IS FOUND ON THE HARD DRIVE THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WILL NOTIFIED!

LAW-A-WAY: All LAW-A-WAYS must have 25% down and be paid in full within 30 days. If not paid within 30 days buyer will forfeit all monies paid on the item.

RETURNS:  There will be a restock fee $250 on any new system returned and a $80 fee on used systems and a 25% fee on all other item in the store software CANNOT be returned if opened. MUST have sales slip if paid with credit/debit must have slip and ID will be asked (for security purpose).  Due to high ID theft I will NO longer take returns on any memory items like hard drives and thumb drives and SD Cards. All sales are final on memory items.  Memory (SDRAM, DDR, DDR2, DDR3 etc) No Returns that even means computer memory too!

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE!

POLICY CAN CHANGE WITHOUT WRITTEN NOTICE!!
